Data Mapping
Drawn from the Data Mapping section; report on details of:
- Data Mapping: compiles one entry for each Department + Data Subject Type + Processing Purpose. The entry contains consolidated details for elements which are contained in multiple screens within the Data Mapping function, for a more concise text-based view.
- Data Collection: reports collection sources for all Personal Information Types by Department and Data Subject Type
From the Data Mapping section of the report generated within the app, you can also view the visualization for your entire Data Mapping or for a particular Department + Data Subject Type:

Note that this report does not highlight errors or inconsistencies in mappings. You may do that through Data Mapping > Validate.
Governance (Governance Policies & Notices)
Drawn from the Governance section; report on status toward completion of Governance policies and notices
Stakeholders (Employees)
Drawn from the Stakeholder Comms section; report on details and status of:
- Checklist items:
- Summary of Stakeholder Comms checklist items by status
- Individual listing and status of each checklist item
- Compliance:
- Summary of total employee/stakeholder by policy acceptance status
- Individual listing and acceptance status of each governance policy and notice
Compliance Status (Compliance Audit Status)
Drawn from the Compliance Audit section; report on data privacy checklists

- Individual listing of each checklist item includes Status, Reviewer, Next due, Notes, Tag
We recommend removing Notes if you will manipulate and/or filter an Excel download, because notes add a few or many lines that can complicate filtering and sorting in a spreadsheet.
Service Providers
Drawn from the Service Providers section; report on details and status of:
- Provider report: lists all of your Service Providers listed in the Service Provider Contracts section. Includes: provider name, contact information, and status of contract
- Checklist items:
- Summary of Service Provider checklist items by status
- Individual listing of each checklist item includes Status, Reviewer, Next due, Notes, Tag
Data Sharing/Information Sharing (Third Parties)
Drawn from the Third Parties section; report on details and status of:
- Third Party report: lists all of your Third Party providers listed in the Third Party Sharing Agreements section. Includes: third party name, contact information, and status of contract
