New users must first login from their welcome email using a temporary password.
Existing users may reset their password using the “Forgot your password?” option on the login page (https://app.priviq.com/).
- Choose: Forgot your password?
- Input your username / email address
- Enter the code you receive via email
- Enter your new password twice
- Save
- You are presented with the login screen; use your email address and your new password to login
An Admin may also Resend Welcome Email to prompt for a password reset.
