Real-Time Audit will identify and score current risk. It also produces comparisons to previous compliance audits.
The following types of audits are available:
- Compliance (Audit) – summary counts of items per section
- Status of Compliance Audit tasks per section
- Current risk scores
- Score and count comparisons to previous audits
- Data mapping – summary counts by Department + Data Subject Type
- Current counts by status of incomplete mapping items
- Score and count comparisons to previous audits
- Other summaries by status:
- Governance – completion status of governance documents
- Stakeholder Comms – employee/contractor status of policy acceptance
- Sharing Parties – completion status of Third Party/Sharing Party contracts
- Service Providers – completion status of Service Provider contracts
- DPIA – completion status of DPIAs
- DSAR – completion status of DSARs
- Breach – completion status of breach reports
